Famous for his chuckwagon cooking and enthralling storytelling, Kent Rollins has made a name for himself in the cooking world for his commitment to western cuisine. Growing up in Oklahoma, his cooking career began alongside his uncle as they guided and fed hunters while they ventured through the Gila wilderness. In 1993, he purchased his very own chuckwagon, and by 1996, the governor of Oklahoma named him the Official Chuck Wagon of state. Having made a name for himself, Kent has appeared on a handful of cooking shows—including Chopped Grill Masters, Throwdown! with Bobby Flay, and Cutthroat Kitchen—where he lends his expert advice. Together with his wife, he has published two beloved cookbooks and sells his own line of cooking seasonings, sauces, coffee, kitchen gadgets, and more.
