In the 1890s, Woodrow Call, a former Texas Ranger, is hired by a railroad baron to find a notorious Mexican bandit named Joey Garza.

Although Joey is just a teenager, he is a merciless killer with multiple victims in his short but storied career. Garza shoots his prey with a long-range buffalo rifle, and then quickly disappears into the countryside before anyone can find him.

Now, it’s up to Woodrow Call to hunt this killer down—and make the railroads safe again.
