Taylor Hicks, the host of the all-new INSP show, State Plate in your home, every week! This is one announcement you won’t want to miss!

Here’s how it works:

• On Saturday, July 16th at 3p ET, go to www.facebook.com/insp on your computer or find INSP on your mobile device’s Facebook app.

• The video will stream at the top of the INSP Facebook page Timeline

• When we begin streaming live, you’ll see the message: INSP is live now

• In the upper left corner of the video, you’ll see a RED icon that says: LIVE

• Next to the red LIVE icon, there’s another icon that looks like an “eye,” and the number of people viewing—including you!

If you miss the live event, or you want to watch Taylor over and over again, we’ll post the video to our page shortly after the live stream ends.

Don’t have a Facebook account? Since our fan page is public, you don’t need one to watch our video! Just visit facebook.com/insp at 3p ET and watch the video at the top of our timeline.
