Official Rules
Please read the Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”) of “Cox & INSP Launch Party” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). All entrants must agree to accept and comply with the Official Rules to participate in the Sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN.
SPONSOR: INSP LLC, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707, USA (hereinafter, “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, an entrant must meet the following requirements: 1) visit the “Cox & INSP Launch Party” being held on November 7, 2015 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Cox Solutions Store located at 9349 Mission Gorge Rd, Santee CA 92071; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules; 3) be at least 18 years of age; 4) be a resident one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law); and 5) be presents at the drawing to win. Winners selected by random drawing to be held at 12:45pm on November 7, 2015 at the Location identified below. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of the Sponsor, Cox Communications® companies (“Cox”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or directors; (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above; and (c) residents of Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other US territories and possessions. Any above listed Eligibility Requirements may be waived by Sponsor at any time per Sponsor’s sole discretion.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins November 7, 2015 at 11:00 am until 1:00 pm (the “Entry Period”)
LOCATION: Cox Solutions Store located at 9349 Mission Gorge Rd, Santee CA 92071 (the “Location”).
ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must visit the “Cox & INSP Launch Party” during the Entry Period at the Location. Each attendee at the Launch Party will receive one entry. Each entrant who demos a Cox product during the Entry Period will receive a second entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure by attendee to enter Sweepstakes.
Limit of two entries per person during the Entry Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by photocopying the entry form or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be twenty-one (21) prizes awarded in twenty-one separate random drawings. Each entrant is eligible to win up to two prizes. An entrant who wins any prize shall be defined herein as a “Winner”.
The following prizes (collectively, “Prizes”) shall be award: • Two (2) Sharp 32” LED 1080p HDTV (valued at $199 each) • One (1) Samsung 40” LED 1080p Smart HDTV (valued at $380) • One (1) iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi 16GB-Silver (valued at $380) • One (1) $100 American Express Card • Two (2) $50 American Express Cards • Four (4) $50 Shell Gift Cards • Five (5) $50 Sprouts Gift Cards • Five (5) $25 Starbucks Gift Cards
Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All federal, state, and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. It is the responsibility of the Winner to claim the value of the Prize in his or her personal taxes. All federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
RANDOM DRAWING: The Winner of the Prize will be selected by random drawing to be held at 12:45pm on November 7, 2015, from all eligible entries made during the Entry Period. Once an entry wins a Prize, that entry is no longer eligible to win additional Prizes. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.
For a list of all winners, available after December 1, 2015, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: INSP “Cox & INSP Launch Party” Sweepstakes List, 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707. All requests for the list of winners must be received by April 1, 2016.
SHIPPING AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE: The Sponsor shall deliver each Prize to the applicable Winner at the Location immediately following the drawing. A Winner will be responsible for transporting a Prize from the Location. The Sponsor shall have no liability for any prize not received, lost or damaged by a potential winner for any reason. If the prize is unclaimed or rejected by a potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the first potential winner is ineligible, disqualified, or forfeits the prize for any reason, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may successively attempt to contact up to three potential winners of a prize, in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the prize in question after such attempts have been made, such prize may go unawarded.
SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor may be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, currently available at _________. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of the Official Rules shall prevail. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to the Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy. All materials and information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to edit, publish, use, modify, or adapt the materials and information submitted. To the extent permitted by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use your name, biographical data, photograph, hometown, testimonial, submission, or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising, and/or publicity purposes by the Sponsor or its designee(s), without further notice to, compensation to, or approval by you.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Prior to delivering the Prize to the Winner, the Sponsor, per its sole discretion, may require that the Winner first complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit and Release”). If the Winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified and the Sponsor may draw for another Winner. In addition, each entrant agrees that neither the Sponsor, Cox, nor either company’s agents shall be responsible for (1) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (2) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (3) a potential Winner’s failure to claim or transport any Prize; (4) actions of entrants or other individuals in connection with the Sweepstakes, including attempts to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT NEITHER THE SPONSOR, COX NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall reside in a court located in Charlotte, NC.
BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT HE OR SHE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.
