Inspiration Ministries Names Tim Smith VP of Partner Relations

Indian Land, SC - Inspiration Ministries today announced that Tim
Smith has been named Vice President of Partner Relations. The
announcement was made by Ossie Mills, Executive Vice President of
Ministry Outreach for Inspiration Ministries. In this position,
Smith will oversee the day-to-day leadership of the Partner
Relations division, including major gift development and planned
giving, as well as personal outreach to Inspiration Ministries'
partners. Smith returns to the ministry after serving as Senior
Development Officer from 2006-2008.
"We're excited to have Tim back on our team," said Mills. "His experience in the area of donor relations is unmatched. He will certainly be an asset as we continue our ministry outreach efforts domestically and internationally."
During a respected career that has spanned more than 30 years, Smith has served in the areas of donor relations and planned giving for various ministries and non-profit organizations. His wide-ranging experience has been in the development of comprehensive strategies for identifying, developing, and retaining major donors, while also giving oversight to major capital campaigns. Smith also authored the book, Donors Are People Too, which is considered by many to be an authoritative resource on the subject.
Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from Covington Seminary and a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Tim and his family will reside in the Charlotte area.
